Simplify Your Medicines, One Dose At A Time

Zoom's monthly medicine service is designed for Members who take multiple medicines daily and want an easier way to manage them. 

So if you are taking four or more regular medicines, you can get FREE prescriptions, FREE packing and FREE delivery to your door.  Here's how it works:

  • Co-ordinate your prescriptions

    It’s important that you have your medicines available to take every day. With your permission Zoom will contact your medical centre to organise a new prescription ahead of time, so that they can get your medicines to you well before you’re due to start.

  • Sort your medicines by date and time

    Zoom will take the stress out of managing multiple medicines. They pack your month of medicines into a sachet roll. Taking the right medicines at the right time is simple. Each sachet is clearly labelled with the important information you need like date and time, so you can be confident you’re up to date.

  • Deliver your medicines to you every month

    Your refills are sent out automatically ahead of time each month with status updates along the way. Then when you are due for a new prescription Zoom will work with you and your medical centre to organise this ahead of time.
