Upgrade to Primary Care Extra  

Upgrading from Primary Care to Primary Care Extra means you can access up to an additional $600 [1] in claimable benefits (including dental treatment) each year from an extra $1.99 [2] per week.

The premium chart below shows the additional premium you will pay (over and above the premiums you are currently paying for Primary Care) to upgrade from Primary Care  to Primary Care Extra.

These premiums are effective as at 29 March 2017, are GST inclusive and are only available to participating union members and their families (conditions apply). The premiums shown are the difference between premiums for Primary Care Extra and Primary Care. Premiums may be adjusted annually.
